Returns
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging, then contact us at support@buyartvision.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑commissioned pieces

  • Personalized or made‑to‑order works

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
